Evika Siliņa became the Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia in September 2023.
Her 2025 declaration was recently published.
The official declaration of the State Revenue Service shows that Evika Siliņa (JV) earned 133,615 euros as head of government last year, which was 5.3% more than in 2024, when the State Chancellery paid her 126,943 euros in salary.
Premier last year isignificantly increased total non-cash savings. At the end of 2024, she had declared 16,009 euros in non-cash savings, but by the end of 2025, their total amount had increased to 44,405 euros.
What do the declarations reveal about 2023 and 2024?
E. Silina started working in the state administration in 2012, but has been the prime minister since autumn 2023.
The 2023 declaration shows that Siliņa had accumulated 14,000 euros at that time. The State Chancellery paid her 109,000 euros. Received a large allowance of 1,200 euros from VSAA.
In 2024, savings have not increased significantly – only by 2,000 euros, making a total of 16,000 euros. But the salary was 127,000 euros. Allowance from VSAA – 1200 euros.
