“It is not in their interest that people with authority suddenly return from prison in Baku, especially before these elections. Perhaps they think that these people can mobilize the people of Karabakh in the electoral process, especially those who have received passports and are voters, but they don’t. They had a serious opportunity to do it. For example, they went to Washington on August 8 to sign the so-called TRIPP, which will not be implemented.
