A serious event took place on the evening of June 20 in Rrogozhinë, where a conflict between two neighbors ended with the death of a 60-year-old man.
The event took place in the “Mollaj” neighborhood of the city, where the 25-year-old MM allegedly stabbed his 60-year-old neighbor to death. During the conflict, the 25-year-old was also injured in the hand.
How was the perpetrator caught?
Rrogozhina Police Services, immediately after receiving the notification, went to the scene and, as a result of quick operational actions, identified, captured and arrested the suspected perpetrator.
Sources from the Rrogozhina Police say that a few moments after the incident, they received operative information that a person had slightly injured his hand and his friends wanted to take him to the hospital for treatment. But after immediate verifications, the police discovered that the injured man was also the suspected perpetrator of the crime, immediately arresting him.
“The immediate response of the Police services made it possible to identify, capture and arrest the 25-year-old man, who allegedly, during a momentary conflict where cutting tools were used, injured a 60-year-old man, who then died.
Around 21:50, in the “Mollaj” neighborhood, Rrogozhinë, it is suspected that during a momentary conflict for weak motives between MM citizens, about 25 years old, and Rr. M., about 60 years old, neighbors to each other, where cutting tools were used, citizen Rr. M. was seriously injured and later died, while the citizen MM was slightly injured in his hand.
