On Thursday in Moscow, Minister of State and Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, held extensive talks with Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsevilev.

They also stressed the importance of strengthening industrial and investment partnerships between Algerian and Russian institutions. This contributes to the realization of joint projects with high added value, and the promotion of industrial integration and the transfer of technology and expertise.

The two sides also discussed a number of strategic topics of common interest. Among them are enhancing specialized training and training programs, and supporting research, development and innovation.
