Awsard Province, April 28, 2026 (SPS) – This Tuesday, the President of the Republic and the Secretary-General of the Front inaugurated the traditional blockade held on the sidelines of the 19th International Film Festival.
He accompanied the president
Prime Minister and Member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Bushray Hamoudi Bayon
And members of the Secretariat and the government.
The inventory included a number of tents that highlight several aspects of the customs, traditions and heritage of the Sahrawi people.
Within the traditional tents
Various artistic paintings of the aspects of life that the Sahrawi people lived with throughout the decades they spent in exile far from their land due to the continued Moroccan occupation.
The summary highlighted different aspects of Sahrawi life.
The aspects of the survey also showed the customs and traditions that distinguish the Sahrawi people
In the same context, the President of the Republic inaugurated an exhibition of handicraft products, through which various models of products were displayed. He stopped at the exhibits and was given comprehensive explanations about the products and exhibits.
