A woman was convicted in the department of Florida after an investigation by mistreatment of residents in a nursing home located in Fray Marcos.
The case originated in Marchwhen personnel from the Second Section worked in a complaint for situations that occurred in the establishment, linked to attacks and omissions of assistance towards elderly people. Based on the police actions brought to justice, the investigation had been formalized and was awaiting the sentence.
Days ago, the 1st Turn Legal Court ordered its convicted as the author criminally responsible for repeated crimes of private violence, serious injuries, failure to provide assistance, contempt, abuse of psychological inferiority of incapable people and abandonment of incapable people.

The sentence set was 24 months in prison.: the first 11 months must be completed under effective deprivation of liberty, while the remaining 13 months will be under probation, with the conditions provided for in article 295 bis of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
