Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mazen Al-Qadi, received today the Speaker of the Iraqi House of Representatives, Haibat Al-Halbousi, on his first foreign visit, after winning the presidency of the Iraqi Parliament.
Al-Qadi and Al-Halbousi will hold official discussions in the House of Representatives tomorrow, covering joint relations and enhancing parliamentary cooperation. He will also meet with a number of officials in the Kingdom.
Al-Halbousi and the accompanying Iraqi parliamentary delegation were received by the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Khamis Attiya, the Second Deputy Speaker, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Sarayrah, Assistants to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Representative Hala Al-Jarrah and Representative Maysoon Al-Qawabaa, and the Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, Awad Al-Ghuwairi.
