Baku, June 18 (SANA) Director of the Diplomatic Institute at Syria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Yasser Al-Jundi signed a memorandum of understanding with Azerbaijan’s Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD), represented by Dr. Fariz Ismailzade.
Signed in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, the memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation, promote dialogue, and facilitate the exchange of expertise in diplomacy and international relations.
The agreement also seeks to advance capacity-building programs, diplomatic training, and scientific research between the two institutions.
