The Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan has organized a thematic exhibition dedicated to the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, celebrated in the country on June 27.
According to the website of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the exhibition features portraits of national artists painted by the country’s People’s Artists: “Composer Danatar Ovezov” by Yakup Annanurov, “Shukur Bagshy” by Chary Amangeldiev, ” Bagshy Okdirov” by Aman Amangeldiev, “Purli Saryev” by Niyazmyrat Dovodov, as well as “Sahy Jepbarov”, “Chary Tachmamedov” by Saparmamed Meredov, “Magtymguly Fragi” by Ivan Ilyin, and “Azadi and Magtymguly ” by Ahmet Hallyev.
As a reminder, in accordance with the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the traditional Culture Week will be held in the Balkan velayat from June 22 to 27.
