Good day, valued members,
I would like to take a moment to speak about a value that sits at the heart of every strong cooperative, integrity. When we hear about the word integrity, we often think about implementing rules and policies for compliance.
But at its core, integrity is really just about trust. At NCCU, trust is the foundation of everything we do. Every day, you, our members, entrust us with your savings, your personal information, and your financial aspirations.
Protecting that trust is a responsibility we take very seriously. It is what allows you to feel confident that your credit union is looking out for your best interests. Integrity is also a shared responsibility, demonstrated in the everyday choices that we make.
For us, as an institution, it means being confidential, transparent, and accountable to you. For you members, it means providing accurate information, safeguarding your accounts, and using our services responsibly. As we observe Compliance Week, I encourage all of us to remember that integrity is not just a requirement to be met. It is a value that protects our members, strengthens our credit union, and helps to ensure that NCCU remains an institution we can all be proud of.
Thank you, members, for your continued trust and partnership. Together, through integrity, we can continue to build a stronger NCCU.
