An important figure of the DP and one of the closest people to the president Sali Berisha, turns out to be a partner with Ergys Agas in the luxury complex “Equos Resort”, which was seized by SPAK.
Shqip.com learns that the entrepreneur Klodjan Allajbeu sold “Equos resort” several years ago and the buyers have been identified as the people of Ergys Agasi, who was announced as wanted for the AKSHI tenders scandal. Currently, one of the owners of “Equos Resort” is a former DP candidate for mayor. In fact, in the elections of May 11, 2025, the same candidate nominated his daughter for deputy with the PD lists.
It cannot be a coincidence that this person’s political commitment, family-wise to the right, but at the same time he also does business with certain segments of the left, or worse, as Sali Berisha accuses, with Edi Rama himself (Berisha accuses that the Prime Minister’s family is behind the tenders of AKSHI).
Agasi is also accused of hostage-taking of competing businessmen who were blackmailed and then withdrew from the procedure.
However, what makes the SPAK mega-operation that led to the discovery and seizure of 40 million euros of assets of Ergys Agasi, Mirlinda Karçanaj and Ermal Beqir even more interesting, are the political connections of these three, which go beyond the left.
Ergys Agasi has also been accused in the past of having considerable access to the right, through the characters close to her who controls and shares the profits with them.
