Who is Kujtim Koçi, wanted in Switzerland and France, who is suspected of “causing general danger” in Kosovo?

Based on the file provided by “Oath for Justice”, it appears that the suspect is Kujtim Koçi.
The Kosovo Police has filed a criminal report against him for committing the criminal offense of “Causing general danger”, “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of a weapon” and “Use of a weapon or dangerous device”.
The criminal complaint was filed in February of this year.
Meanwhile, the second person suspected of having been with him has not been identified by the Police so far.
Koçi is a new citizen with Kosovo citizenship, equipped with documents in 2024.
But who is Kujtim Koçi, how did he manage to enter Kosovo, what were the motives he cited for obtaining Kosovo documents, why was he issued a second gun permit even after suspicions of “narcotics possession”, why, according to the injured party, in this case there was attempted murder, while the Kosovo Police considered the criminal offense as causing general danger, and is Kosovo the third country that is seeking this person who is fleeing?
It is not known when and how Koçi entered Kosovo before applying for citizenship.
However, upon arriving in Kosovo, he applied to provide them with citizenship and documents.
Based on the documents possessed by “Oath for Justice”, Koçi appears to have received his ID card on April 18, 2024.
Upon receiving his ID card, the second most important task for Koç turned out to be getting a gun permit.
On April 23, just 5 days after being issued with an ID card, he turned out to have been issued with a health certificate for obtaining a gun permit.
And about a month later, on May 30, 2024, sources within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Interior Ministry has indicated that this institution has issued consent to be equipped with a weapons permit.
This new beginning in Kosovo does not appear to have been out of good will.
Koçi, it turns out, has two national arrest warrants.
In France he is wanted for “Drug Trafficking”.
Meanwhile, in Switzerland, Koçi is wanted for the criminal offense of “Forgery of documents”.
But, despite this, Koçi managed to not only obtain Kosovo citizenship, but also obtain a weapons permit.
Having obtained consent, he also applied for a permit on June 19, 2024.
On August 14, he was also issued a gun permit.
