According to the online economy report, citing Tasnim, the Deputy Housing and Construction Department announced: The rental housing project (Ashian) will start in the three provinces of Ilam, Kermanshah and Golestan tomorrow, Tuesday.
Before this, the registration of the said plan was done in Qazvin, Central, Mazandaran, Alborz, Gilan and South Khorasan provinces during two stages.
Requirements for applicants
a) Not more than 5 years have passed since the date of their official marriage.
b) The applicant, spouse and their dependents do not have a private house or land with residential use in the last 5 years.
c) Applicants must be in the 1st to 6th income deciles based on the query of the Iranian Welfare Database and meet the requirements based on the entitlement assessment system of the Program and Budget Organization.
d) The applicant or his/her spouse has 5 years of residence experience in the central city of the urban complex where the application is made. (To register the application in new cities, the history of residence in the entire urban complex is approved.)
e) The applicant and his wife must have a green C form.
Additional information
1. Registering the request to use this plan in the system is only possible for applicants who meet the above-mentioned conditions and must be done by the head of the household.
2. The registration of the applicant’s application in the system does not mean the approval of the request and commitment of the Ministry for the allocation of rental residential units, the subject of this program, and the applicants will be allowed to choose the offered units after the refinement, confirmation of the conditions and prioritization, according to the inquiry from the eligibility system, based on the number of units provided.
3. Applicants will be prioritized based on the income decile, the number of children and the degree of vulnerability of the household (such as a disabled, elderly member, etc.) through the system.
4. The conclusion of the rental contract will be carried out by the qualified brokers and the delivery process of the project subject units will be subsequently and appropriately informed to the qualified applicants according to the prioritization done.
5. The maximum period for each household to use the rental housing is 5 years and subject to the fulfillment of the conditions of verification on an annual basis.
6. The rent received for couples located in the 1st and 2nd deciles is equivalent to 35%, the 3rd and 4th deciles is equivalent to 45% and the 5th and 6th deciles is equivalent to 55% of the daily rent.
