After the recent rise in temperatures after a start to the week marked by cold, meteorologists warned of the arrival of precipitation in the coming days and anticipated the possibility of a cold snap for next week.
“In the short term, between Thursday and Friday, we will have the entry of a cold front”announced meteorologist Mario Bidegain in dialogue with The Observer.
This system will cause rains and drizzles throughout the country from the late hours of Thursday until Friday morning. In Montevideo, according to estimates, there will be accumulations between 15 and 20 millimeters of rainwhile in the eastern zone the records could reach 50 millimeters.
