Al Jabal Al Akhdar: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister held a bilateral meeting on Monday with Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, within the framework of the 11th session of the Omani-Kuwaiti Joint Committee held in the Wilayat of Al Jabal Al Akhdar.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Kuwait. They also discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields to achieve the common interests of the two countries and peoples, building upon the continuous development of bilateral relations at various levels.
The two sides also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of common concern, emphasizing the importance of continued coordination and consultation. They affirmed their support for efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability and consolidating the approach of dialogue and diplomacy in addressing the challenges facing the region.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials from both sides.
