Some parts of the country will not have gas for 24 hours from Sunday (June 28) morning due to transmission and distribution gas pipeline relocation work.
Titus Gas Transmission and Distribution Plc informed this information in a message on Friday (June 26).
It is said that under the SASEC project, the existing transmission and distribution gas pipelines will be transferred in the Golakandail intersection, Rupganj area in the Dhaka-Sylhet highway development program.
For this reason, gas supply to all existing customers in Bhulta, Gauchia, Murapara, Araihajar and Kanchan areas will be stopped for a total of 24 hours from 9 am on Sunday to 9 am on Monday (June 29).
Besides, there may be gas supply interruption or low pressure in the surrounding areas. Titas Gas Authority sincerely regrets for the temporary inconvenience to the customers.
