    How will schools in Vojvodina work during the next school year? – Society


    The Provincial Secretariat for Education has published the educational calendars of primary and secondary schools in the territory of Vojvodina for the next school year 2026/2027. a year.

    The first semester begins on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and ends on Wednesday, December 23.

    The second semester begins on Monday, January 11, 2027, and ends on Friday, June 11 for students from the first to seventh grades, and on Friday, May 28 for the eighth grade students.

    High school students with classes in the second semester finish on Friday, June 18, and before them high school graduates on May 21 and students of the final grades of three-year and four-year secondary vocational schools – on Friday, May 28.

    During the school year, students have autumn, winter, summer, spring and summer holidays.

    Fall break begins on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, and ends on Friday, November 13.

    Elementary and high school students will be on winter break from Thursday, December 24, to Friday, January 8, 2027.

    The holiday break begins on Monday, February 15, and ends on Friday, February 19.

    Spring break runs from Friday, April 30th to Tuesday, May 4th.

    Respecting the principles of national tolerance and tradition, Friday, March 26 and Monday, March 29 will be non-working and non-teaching days in schools based in the territory of AP Vojvodina, it is stated in work calendars.

    The school calendars stipulate that on Tuesday, November 10, classes in all schools will be held according to the schedule from Friday.

    On Saturday, February 27, 2027, classes in all schools will be conducted according to the schedule of classes from Friday, and on Saturday, April 3, they will be held according to the schedule of classes from Monday.

    As Danas wrote, in the educational work calendars of educational institutions in AP Vojvodina, it is prescribed that schools in their annual work plan foresee the visit of students to the specialized exhibition Expo, in the period from May 17 to June 25.
