The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has released an update regarding clubs facing a recruitment ban due to disputes with former players, coaches or partners.
The updated list on the FIFA sanctions portal reveals the integration of Esperance Sportive de Tunis. The club is sanctioned for three consecutive transfer periods, a measure which will be lifted upon full payment of the sums owed in the context of the matter concerned.
In total, six Tunisian clubs are currently subject to such sanctions for a set of 14 cases handled by the FIFA Disputes Committee, with judgments rendered until April 30, 2026.
