During the past 24 hours, police officers at several locations throughout the country detained eight people who were found to be in possession of drugs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
In Skopje, in separate police actions carried out yesterday and today, police officers from SVR Skopje deprived Gj.D. (30) by Welles, F.P. (28) from Kumanovo, as well as I.M. (23), B.V. (27), A.B. (27) and A.Sh. (29), all from Skopje. Marijuana, as well as lumpy and powdery substance, were found and taken from them during the controls and examinations.
The Ministry of the Interior informs that after the complete documentation of the cases against the persons, appropriate submissions will be submitted.
In Tetovo, yesterday around 11:40 pm on “Ilindenska” street, police officers from SVR Tetovo deprived E.B. (19) from Tetovo. During the examination, marijuana was found and confiscated from him, and after the case is cleared, an appropriate submission will follow.
In Bitola, on the other hand, yesterday at 01:00 on “Partizanska” street, near the sports hall, police officers from SVR Bitola detained S.T. from Bitola, in whom marijuana was found during an examination.
After the complete clearing and documentation of the case, an appropriate complaint will be filed against him, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
