This Sunday the citizen consultation Participatory Budget and the election of the Community Participation Commissions (Copacaks)exercises marked by little neighborhood participation and doubts.
During a tour of The UNIVERSAL by several opinion receiving tables located in the northern area of the City, it was found that in some the assistance was gradual: A person came every 10 or 15 minutes. In others there were no neighbors present and the polling station officials looked impatient or walked in circles trying to make time pass faster.

At other tables, the few neighbors who came had questions, the most common being how many boxes to mark on each ballot. The number of projects and their description were placed on each of the tables so that residents could learn about them and vote for their favorite.
Other doubts, which were resolved by the polling station officials, were whether they could vote on behalf of others people and if it was their turn to vote at that table.
In some housing units attendance was high. When questioning some neighbors about it, they confessed that through their WhatsApp groups they agreed to attend the vote.
