FLORENCE – Aprilia motorcyclist Marko Beceki won the Italian Grand Prix, the seventh race of the Moto G Pi Championship season.
The Italian motorcyclist triumphed at “Muđel” for the first time in his career, and at the same time brought a historic victory to Aprilia in Italy. Beceki (27) scored his fourth victory this season on his home field, ahead of teammate Jorge Martin, while Ducati driver Francesco Banjaj finished behind the Aprilia pair in third place.
In the general ranking, Beceki leads with 173 points, Martin has 17 less. The next race of the Moto Gi Pi Championship will be held on the “Balaton Park” track in Hungary from June 5 to 7.
