Migration Colombia expelled from the country a foreign citizen accused of being involved for more than two years repeated episodes that affected coexistence in an exclusive sector of Medellín. The decision was adopted by Migración Colombia after consolidating a file based on complaints from the community and multiple sanctions for behavior contrary to public order.
The man, Born in Russia and with American nationality, named George Wolfeleft the country on a flight to Miami after the entity confirmed the expulsion measure against him due to repeated effects on citizen coexistence.
According to official information, the case generated concern among residents of commune 14, in the El Poblado sector, where the foreigner resided in an apartment he owned located in the Málaga building.

According to Migración Colombia, The property was the scene for more than two years of constant parties with loud music and the permanent entry of people allegedly linked to prostitution activitieswhich disturbed the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The authorities indicated that these situations generated discomfort, indignation and fear among residents of the sectorwho even reported confrontations with the foreign citizen and his guests.
The file also documented that the man accumulated more than twelve summonses for violations of the rules of coexistencewithout the sanctions being able to modify their behavior towards the community or towards the authorities.

Neither the fines nor the warnings had any effect, according to Migración Colombia. On the contrary, The authorities indicated that his defiant attitude towards the institutions increased concerns about the impact of his mega parties in the residential context..
The intervention of Migration Colombia took place after the Colombian National Police exhausted different “control and mediation” mechanismsincluding a prior agreement for the citizen to improve his behavior or voluntarily leave the property.
However, that commitment was not fulfilled, which led the authorities to adopt stricter administrative measures in the event of recurrence of the reported behaviors.
“In Colombia, no foreigner is above the Law, and this citizen systematically ignored the rules, sanctions and calls for attention. From Migración Colombia we act and we made forceful decisions such as the expulsion of this foreigner who did not know how to behave in a city as friendly as Medellínwhere tourists and foreigners are appreciated and welcomed,” said the director of the entity, Gloria Esperanza Arriero.
The official added that The institution will continue to carry out actions to guarantee coexistence and respect for immigration regulations in different regions of the country.
Migration Colombia insisted that This case leaves a clear message regarding compliance with the law by international visitors. “Colombia is a country open to tourists and foreigners, but with compliance with the Law and healthy coexistence,” the entity concluded in a public statement.
