The Under-8, Under-10 and Under-12 categories will know their finalists in a day full of favorites and key duels in the final stretch of the tournament.
This Saturday the finalists of the Atevo Cup 2026 Apertura Tournament in their categories Sub-8, Sub-10 and Sub-12fully entering the final stretch of the contest. All matches will be held at the Eagles Stadium of El Colegio de Panamá.
Sub-8: Inter leads the way for four teams that dream big
The evening will begin with the semifinals of the little ones in the Under-8 category.
The first duel will face Panama International Soccer Club already Suarez Academy.
Inter finished the regular season in first place with perfect scorewinning all five games they played and with a goal difference of +21.
The Suárez Academy finished in fourth place with six points, the product of one victory, three draws and one defeat. The duel between the two in the regular phase ended with Inter’s victory by 5-2.
The second semi-final will be played on Club Atlético Independiente (CAI) and the East Coast Academy.
CAI finished the regular phase in second place, with 10 points, the product of three wins, one draw and one loss.
Costa del Este, for its part, was third with seven points, after two wins, one draw and two losses. In their previous confrontation, the CAI won by 2-1.
Sub-10: Barcelona and CAI aim for a direct clash
After the Sub-8, it will be the turn of the Sub-10 category, where there are two clear favorites: Barcelona Soccer School and the Independent Athletic Club.
The first semi-final will be played between Barcelona and the Barcelona academy. Atlético de Madrid. Barcelona had a perfect group stage, with five wins, and then won 3-1 to Academia Suárez in the quarterfinals.
Atlético, for its part, was second in Group B with nine points and in the quarterfinals they thrashed 5-0 to Phoenix Academy.
The second semi-final will be between CAI and the academy of Amador Square. The CAI also had a perfect phase and then surpassed 3-0 to Costa del Este in quarters.
Plaza Amador was second in Group A with 12 points and in the quarterfinals they defeated 4-2 to the Evolution Fútbol Academy.
Barcelona and CAI start as favorites, but Atleti and Plaza will seek to change the script. In football, nothing is written until the final whistle.
Sub-12: Plaza Amador starts as a big favorite
The last semifinals of the day will be those of the Under-12 category, where the Amador Square He arrives as the main candidate for the title.
The first duel will be between East Coast Academy and the Barcelona Soccer School. Costa del Este was first in Group A with 13 points and advanced in the quarterfinals after beating Inter on penalties, after drawing 1-1.
Barcelona finished third in Group A with nine points and defeated in the quarterfinals 3-1 to the Brunet Hay Academy. In the group stage, Costa del Este won 3-2.
The second semi-final will face Amador Square and Old Panama. Plaza had a dominant phase with a perfect score and goal difference of +23and in the quarterfinals he won 2-0 to Atlético de Madrid.
Panamá Viejo finished third in Group B with nine points and in the quarterfinals eliminated Soccer10 by 4-1. In their previous confrontation, Plaza won 5-1.
