Executives of ARS Abel González They commemorated their 49th anniversary with a thanksgiving mass, reaffirming their commitment to providing quality health solutions, focused on the well-being and satisfaction of their members.
The ceremony brought together managers, collaborators, health service providers, strategic and related allies, who shared a space for reflection and gratitude for the achievements achieved during almost five decades of service, while renewing their commitment to continue strengthening the care and experience of their members.
During the religious ceremony, the executives highlighted the trajectory and sustained growth of the institution, which has established itself as one of the health risk managers of greater prestige and permanence in the country, thanks to its commitment to innovation, quality of service and closeness to its members.
“Celebrating this anniversary represents an opportunity to thank the trust that our affiliates, collaborators, providers and strategic allies,” said Bingene Armenteros, executive vice president of the ARS.

Among the most relevant projects are the implementation of a Native CRM, led by the Customer Experience Departmentas well as the incorporation of tools based on artificial intelligence to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement and raise levels of user satisfaction and loyalty.
