Algeria expressed its “strong condemnation and denunciation” of what it described as “attacks” that targeted the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Algeria affirmed its “categorical refusal to undermine the sovereignty, security and stability of these sister countries.”
During the same statement, Algeria renewed its call to “respect the principle of state sovereignty and territorial integrity, which is guaranteed by relevant international conventions and laws,” stressing its “rejection of the policy of escalation in the region that threatens international security and stability.”
After a period of relative calm, the region has recently witnessed increasing escalation between Iran on the one hand, and the United States of America and the Zionist entity on the other hand.
