Today we visit “The Shore”the home that the interior designer Ivan Nahas created together with Wood Market for one young graphic designer who loves the outdoors and surfing. When Nahas first visited the department with Paula Inglese and Fernando García Porcel, at the head of Wood Market, several references appeared instantly: Punta del Este, Bali, surf, beach, sand. With that in mind, they shaped the young designer’s home.
Since the muse of the department is laid-back and works freelance from home, the space combines functionality, aesthetic sensitivity and comfort in equal parts that allow you to combine your profession with rest. And we have witnessed people entering the apartment saying: “They told me that this chair is very comfortable,” can I sit down? “, to the delight of Nahas, who invited him to do so on the spot.
“Minimalist, the kitchen has little and says a lot,” says Nahas. For this reason, we recommend that you pay attention to the countertops in “Coralina”, which brings the eternity of the sea inside with discretion, but with meaning.
The floor is made of wood (Patagonia Flooring), chosen to provide warmth without losing the feeling of freshness.
The apartment dialogues with the open environment of Remeros Beach so that its owner closes each day with a glass of wine in front of the water.
“For him bedroom We wanted to generate the feeling of stay in a five star hotel in Bali“, enhancing the presence of Crystal Lagoon that transports us to aquatic geographies,” explains Nahas. The effect is highlighted thanks to the canopy of bed.
The walls were covered in wood (Patagonia Flooring), reinforcing the presence of natural materials.

Add a dressing room The program was quite a challenge. “We had very little space,” Inglese recalls, “so we had to develop it especially with a team of architects.” The result was a success.
