The final football festival and blitz tournament as part of the FIFA Women’s Football Campaign project took place at the Dushanbe Arena stadium. reports Football Federation of Tajikistan (FFT).
The project is being implemented within the framework and is aimed at its popularization in Tajikistan, as well as at creating equal opportunities for children.
This year, as part of the project, it was planned to hold five football festivals and blitz tournaments in the regions of the country. The penultimate festival was previously held in Kubodiyon, where 200 girls aged 6 to 12 years also took part.
The final event took place in Dushanbe and brought together 200 girls of the same age. Football relay races, game exercises and various competitions were prepared for the participants.
According to FFT, the festival gave children bright emotions and unforgettable impressions. After the end of the football festival, all participants were awarded medals, balls and T-shirts. Memorable gifts became a reward for active participation and additional motivation for further football activities.
