Several commercial warehouses and rooms in a barracks were consumed by flames that began to spread among several properties.
The smoke has covered a wide area between 10th Street and Fourth Avenue in that Sampedrano neighborhood, with no fatalities or injuries reported.
It was reported that the Fire Department began the work of rescuing people and controlling the fire.
Authorities recommended residents avoid the area to facilitate the operations of relief teams.
