A protest against the EU SAFE loan took place in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, where citizens gathered to voice their opposition one last time before the agreement is scheduled to be signed on Friday. Members of the Gazeta Polska Clubs were present at the scene. The protest is being co-organized by the Warsaw Gazeta Polska Club, headed by its chairman, Adam Borowski.
The demonstration began at around 5 p.m. Participants loudly expressed their opposition to the planned Friday signing of the SAFE EU loan agreement.
“This is not only a protest against the SAFE mechanism. Above all, it is a protest against Donald Tusk’s government trampling on the constitution and breaking the law,”
reported Monika Rutke, who was present at the scene for TV Republika.
Ahead of the demonstration, Robert Bąkiewicz published an appeal on X.
“Patriots, it is time to wake up and resist,” he urged, encouraging public mobilization.
The protest was organized by the Warsaw Gazeta Polska Club together with the Border Defense Movement.
