The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City confirmed this Thursday, April 30, 2026, that Venezuelan authorities arrested Erika María Herrera, identified as the probable person responsible for the feminicide of a 27-year-old woman that occurred in the Miguel Hidalgo mayor’s office.
The case was registered a few weeks ago. After the complaint, the CDMX Prosecutor’s Office opened the investigation file and in just one day, on April 17, 2026, a control judge issued the arrest warrant against the accused.
