According to the document, it is proposed to provide, as an alternative to fines and warnings, the involvement of violators in public works for the following:
- for violating the rules for landscaping the territory, involve citizens in public works for 20 hours;
- for throwing, storing, burning garbage in unspecified places – community service for 20 hours;
- for throwing out, storing production, industrial waste and medical waste in unspecified places – community service for a period of 20 to 30 hours;
- for burning garbage, leaves, solid household, production, industrial waste and other items – community service for a period of 20 to 30 hours;
- for damage to water management structures, destruction of the collector and drainage system, as well as intentional or careless violation of the rules of their operation – community service for a period of 20 to 40 hours.
