Sanitary and hygienic standards are grossly violated, there is garbage inside the bazaar, and the drainage systems are clogged,” he emphasized.
Separately, he pointed out the lack of parking spaces, which leads to constant traffic congestion and creates inconvenience for residents.
“The bazaar in its current form negatively affects the image of the area,” the deputy noted.
According to him, entrepreneurs are forced to work in unfavorable conditions, and market owners do not invest enough in upgrading infrastructure.

In this regard, he proposed conducting a comprehensive audit of the activities of markets, assessing compliance with sanitary, fire and urban planning standards, considering the modernization or relocation of facilities outside populated areas, as well as introducing a unified architectural and design code for markets and retail facilities.
The deputy emphasized that the initiative is not aimed at restricting business, but at creating safe and modern trading conditions and improving the quality of life of the population.
