For each vote won, political formations receive BGN 8, or EUR 4.09. In total, the money that will be given to the parties and coalitions is almost 12 million euros. Here we have to keep in mind that this is for a year. Payments are made every 3 months.
For the almost 1.5 million votes won, “Progressive Bulgaria” should receive an annual subsidy of almost 6 million euros. A little under 1.8 million will be the money for GERB-SDS.
The subsidy for PP-DB will be around 1.67 million, for DPS the state treasury will allocate a little under 1 million, and for “Vazrazhdane” – under 600,000 euros.
How the subsidy will be distributed in the coalitions depends on the agreement that the various parties in the respective coalition have.
Outside the parliament, but with a subsidy, there will be two parties – MECH and Velichie. Both will be able to count on just over 400,000 euros annually.
