Auserd Wilaya, 25 June 2026 (SPS) – The National Conference on the Promotion of National Administration concluded its work on Wednesday with a final communiqué in which participants emphasized that human resources remain the fundamental pillar and central focus of any reform project, serving both as the means and the ultimate objective.
They stressed that the success of administrative policies depends largely on the competence and qualification of human resources.
The participants formulated key recommendations that were presented as a roadmap for the development of the national administration. Among the most prominent recommendations were the development of human resources and the establishment of a comprehensive national strategy that makes continuous training and capacity-building a permanent priority.
The communiqué concluded by affirming that the implementation of the conference’s recommendations would directly contribute to improving administrative efficiency and enhancing the quality of public services, in line with the requirements of the institutional-building phase of the Sahrawi State.
