Last night, June 23, at 11:44 p.m., the police received a report that a fight had taken place in Zadar, in the Bokanjac area of the city, in which two men participated, the police announced.
Upon arriving at the scene, police officers found an injured man on the ground.
Medical aid was provided to the injured 51-year-old at the scene, where it was determined that he was seriously injured, and he was transported to Zadar General Hospital by HMP vehicle, where he died during the night.
A male person who is linked to the event was arrested immediately after the arrival of police officers at the scene of the event and was brought to the premises of the police, where a criminal investigation is underway, which is being carried out in cooperation with the competent state attorney’s office in Zadar.
