Gibanica with zucchini
Ingredients
500 g of bark for bending
500 g of fresh cheese
400 ml of yogurt
200 ml of milk
100 ml of mineral water
4 eggs
1 zucchini
salt
Preparation
Grate and salt the zucchini, then drain. Combine eggs, cheese, yogurt, mineral, milk in a bowl, then add the drained zucchini. Cut the peels into strips, separate them with your fingers, and mix them into the mixture. Lightly grease the tray and pour the mixture, then bake everything for about 40 minutes at 180 ºC.
