On June 19, at 4:31 p.m., the Lori Regional Operational Management Center received an alert that there was an eagle with a wounded wing on the bank of the Dzoraget River, which needed the help of rescuers to be transported.
One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.
The rescuers took the wounded eagle to the fire-rescue squad, and then the bird was transferred to the “Hranti Ark” foundation.
