After Klára’s emotional departure, another question mark appeared over the Danube. Has the popular actor hinted at the end of his character, or are the creators just preparing a new twist?

Dunaj fans are once again deciding whether a significant change is about to take place in the popular series. This time, they were not only alarmed by the storyline itself, but especially by a short message from social networks, which they immediately began to perceive as a possible farewell.
Ady Hajdu, the representative of Ernest Almási, found himself in the center of attention. His character in the series has a strong connection to Klára Kučerová, played by Kristína Svarinská, and it was their joint departure at the end of the season that opened up a lot of questions.
Dunaj, at your service, is one of the most watched Slovak television projects, which is why viewers carefully follow every hint. And when references from the actors were added to the emotional finale, speculation about the future of the well-known characters started in full swing.
A farewell that surprised fans
Reactions of people who did not want to believe that Ernest Almási could disappear from the series quickly appeared under Ady Hajdu’s post. One of the viewers did not hide his surprise: “You are not even joking. What bye bye?.”
Other comments were made similarly. “I’m really going to miss this character”. For many fans, Ernest was not just a marginal figure, but a significant part of the story, which affected several important storylines.
The whole uproar was started by photos from the serial environment that Hajdu published on a social network. He did not add a long explanation to the footage, only a brief message: “Bay bay Ernest Almasi. It was a great ride in the Danube,” the actor wrote.
It was the simplicity of this sentence that raised the most questions. Since Ernest left Slovakia with Klára and her son Filip at the end of the last broadcast season and went to America to find a new life, viewers began to wonder if the creators closed his story in this way.
Klara’s departure added another layer of uncertainty
Question marks have already appeared with Klára herself. As we already are they informedafter her departure to America, fans wondered if it was just a move within the plot, or Kristína Svarinská’s farewell to the series.
After filming this line, the actress spoke about Klara very personally. “I think it’s definitely a new beginning for Klára. I think it’s maybe a dot after the life she lived and that she actually lived in that Danube. And there was a lot of it – whether it was joyful, but also very difficult moments,” she said.
At the same time, Svarinská explained that Klára did not make a simple decision out of convenience, but out of the need to protect her child in a difficult time. “After all, we live in a time that was very cruel and people made decisions that may not have been easy, but they were very important for survival. In fact, even Klára may at first glance find it very difficult and very incomprehensible to leave her love. But she knows and feels that there is something more behind it and she is going to do everything she can for her child,” she added.
Other contributions also strengthened the farewell impression. Svarinská published images from the filming and wrote to her character: “Klára, you are my personal hero,” adding a white heart to them. Lesana Krausková, Alenka from the series, added a joint memory with the words: “I will miss you,” said Alenka z Dunaj.
Marta Turianová, in turn, published a photo of Svarinská with a large bouquet and added: “#goodbye Klára,” wrote Turianová to the photo, in which Svarinská is holding a huge bouquet. Whether it is the definitive end of Ernest and Klara, or the creators leave the door open for another twist, they will show only new episodes.
