    The participation of the Jordanian national team “Al-Nashama” in the 2026 World Cup finals constituted an unprecedented historical event, after its success in reaching the World Cup for the first time in its history, which reflected positively on the youth group and contributed to strengthening many of their educational, national and humanitarian values.

    Specialists in educational, psychological, and sports sciences believe that the Jordanian achievement was not limited to the sporting aspect only, but rather extended to form a practical model for young people in the importance of persistence, teamwork, and striving to achieve goals, no matter how difficult they may seem.

    In their interview with the Jordanian News Agency (Petra), they said that one of the most prominent educational, psychological and moral values ​​​​that Jordanian participation in the World Cup has enhanced is the value of national belonging, as Jordanians’ rallying around the national team has contributed to enhancing feelings of pride and pride in the homeland and raising the level of national unity among the various segments of society.

    Participation, according to the speakers, also reinforced the value of perseverance and determination, as qualification to the World Cup came after many years of work, planning, and progression in building the team, which provides young people with a practical lesson that success requires patience, diligence, and not surrendering to obstacles.

    The “Al-Nashama” march also contributed to consolidating the value of teamwork and team spirit, as it showed that achievement is achieved through the integration of roles and the cooperation of players and the technical and administrative staff, which can reflect positively on the behavior of young people in their academic and social lives.

    In this context, Professor of Educational Sciences, Dr. Tariq Al-Saoub, confirmed that the participation of the Jordanian national team in the 2026 World Cup finals represents an important national and educational event, because of the positive messages it carries that contribute to building the character of young people and strengthening their system of values.

    Al-Saoub said that the historic achievement achieved by “Al-Nashama” reinforces the values ​​of belonging and loyalty to the homeland, and instills in young people the importance of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and belief in the ability to achieve ambitions. He pointed out that what the national team achieved confirms that success is the result of planning, determination, and cooperation between all parties.

    Al-Shoub added that Jordan’s participation in the World Cup provides a practical model for younger generations on how to turn dreams into reality, and contributes to spreading a culture of optimism, ambition, and positivity, as well as promoting the values ​​of tolerance, sportsmanship, and respect for others.

    In turn, Professor of Sports and Educational Sciences, Mahmoud Al-Khatib, confirmed that Jordan’s participation in the 2026 World Cup finals exceeded the limits of sporting achievement, becoming an inspiring educational and national experience for Jordanian youth, because of the implications it carries that reinforce the values ​​of discipline, commitment, and working in the spirit of one team.

    Al-Khatib said that the national team’s march towards the World Cup provides a living example to young people about the importance of perseverance and the continuous pursuit of achieving goals, pointing out that sports have become an effective means of instilling positive values ​​and building a balanced personality capable of taking responsibility and dealing with challenges in a competitive and ethical spirit.

    He added that the Jordanians’ rally around the national team contributed to consolidating the values ​​of national unity and belonging, and strengthened among young people a sense of pride and pride in national identity, stressing that this historic achievement will remain a source of inspiration for future generations and a motivation for them towards excellence, success and achievement in various fields, confirming that Jordan’s participation in the 2026 World Cup was not just a sporting presence, but rather an educational and national school that contributed to instilling solid positive values ​​in Jordanian youth.

    Professor of Sociology, Dr. Abdul Khaleq Al-Wreikat, also stated that Jordan’s participation in the 2026 World Cup finals contributed to strengthening a set of social and educational values ​​among young people, most notably the values ​​of national belonging, social responsibility, and teamwork.

    Al-Wreikat explained that the widespread popular rally around the national team reflected a state of national cohesion and unity, and entrenched in young people the importance of cooperation and solidarity to achieve common goals, noting that major sporting achievements contribute to building national identity, enhancing self-confidence, and spreading a culture of achievement and excellence.

    He added that Al-Nashama’s participation in the World Cup provided young people with a positive model of patience, perseverance, respect for others, and commitment to sporting and moral values, stressing that this historic participation represents an important opportunity to consolidate positive behaviors and enhance the spirit of initiative and ambition among the younger generations, which reflects positively on society and its future.

    Jordan’s participation in the 2026 World Cup finals was not limited to achieving a historic sporting achievement, but rather constituted an important national and educational milestone that contributed to consolidating the values ​​of belonging and loyalty to the homeland, teamwork, perseverance, discipline, respect for others, and ambition towards excellence.
