Dear citizens, mass media, observers, parties/alliances participating in the elections
In accordance with Article 95 of the Electoral Code Constitutional Law, the Central Electoral Commission summarizes the results of the regular NA elections and adopts one of the following decisions, in accordance with the procedure and deadline set by Article 75 of the Code, on June 14.
1) On the election of the National Assembly and the distribution of mandates.
2) About the preliminary distribution of the mandates of the deputies of the National Assembly.
3) on appointing re-voting in separate electoral precincts;
4) On declaring the elections of the National Assembly invalid and ordering a re-voting of the elections.
5) On declaring the re-voting of the National Assembly elections invalid. In that case, the President of the Republic appoints a new regular election of the National Assembly.
At this moment, any official CEC comment on the situation can be perceived as a biased opinion, so we urge you to wait for the final summary of the results of the June 14 vote. The session will be broadcast live, it will also be open for coverage (as well as those subjects who have the right to attend CEC sessions). Immediately after the session, the CEC chairman will hold a press conference.
