“The idea is not to solve only the ceilings, but the environment. That is, public spaces, generating safe places, lighting, in short, presence of the State,” he explained at a press conference.
Regarding the tour of the area, Orsi highlighted the link “affective” that they maintain with the neighborhood residents after “years” in which they have been working to try to “figure out some things”. “With this project I think we give ourselves the final push”he highlighted.
Asked about how the dialogue with the neighbors went, the president pointed out that they asked for an end to the “concretize things that we have been doing for years”.
After this, he referred to the work that will be carried out at the site and maintained that they will seek to carry out “better intervention in public spaces and in other issues that have more to do with the environment”. Finally, Orsi highlighted that with this project what the government intends is “improve coexistence”.
The Más Barrio plan is a program that combines security operations with social policies and infrastructure works; It is a bet by the government to cut to a certain extent the activity of criminal gangs that today control several areas of the country.
