As the press service of the Almaty Police Department commented, he thereby violated public order and rules of conduct on the territory of a public facility.
Police officers identified the offender and took him to the police station for investigation. Administrative proceedings were initiated against him for petty hooliganism.
“Based on the results of consideration of the case by the specialized interdistrict administrative court of the city of Almaty, the citizen was found guilty and subjected to an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 20 MCI – 86.5 thousand tenge,” the Almaty police clarified.
