In a scenario where automotive companies adjust their commercial strategies to sustain the pace of sales, Volkswagen chose to keep the prices of all its models frozen during Aprilafter presenting two reference lists in March, one at the beginning of the month and then another with the values updated downwards. The measure covers its entire range, from entry-level vehicles to SUVs, sedans and pickups.
The movement occurs in a market context with mixed signals. In March, 48,972 vehicles were patentedwhich implied an increase of 16.53% compared to February and a year-on-year increase of 3.87%according to data from the Association of Automotive Dealers of the Argentine Republic (Acara). However, the year’s accumulated total reaches 157,078 unitswith a slight drop of 1.24% compared to the same period in 2025.
Within that panorama, Volkswagen had an outstanding performance, as it was ranked as the second best-selling brand of the monthwith 6031 patented units and a 13.1% market shareonly behind Toyota (6,696 units; 14.5%).
At the base of its offer, the brand’s most accessible model is the Tera Trend MSI manualwith a price of $36,755,250. He is followed by Polo Track MSI MTwhich is offered at $37,567,500.
Within the sedans, the Virtus It presents a wide range that starts at $45,645,750 and goes up to $60,297,950 in its Exclusive 250TSI automatic version. For his part, the Vento GLIwith a more sporty profile, has a value of $72,746,050.

In line with the weight that pickups have in the Argentine market, the Amarok maintains a wide range of versions. Prices start from $54,980,250 in the manual Trendline 4×2 variant and go up to $99,370,900 in the Black Style V6 4×4 automatic version.
