“Everyone should have equal opportunities, and conditions for fair development must be ensured for every region of our homeland”, wrote President Karol Nawrocki to participants of the “CPK – Dual-Use Railway” congress. “Poland needs this investment, which will strengthen its cohesion and security”, he added.
In Ostrołęka, at the “CPK – Dual-Use Railway” congress, parliamentarians, representatives of local authorities and social organizations, as well as experts in railway transport, defense, and military affairs gathered to discuss the future of Poland’s rail network.
“By organizing today’s event, you confirm that the demand included in the draft of the first legislative initiative I submitted – namely the construction of the Central Communication Port in line with its original, uncut concept – continues to enjoy support and strong interest”, the president wrote in a letter read out by his advisor, Szymon Stachowiak.
During the congress, the role of spoke line No. 3 – referenced by President Nawrocki in his letter – was presented as one of the key elements of the railway component of the Central Communication Port. Its potential impact on the socio-economic development of the northeastern part of the Mazovia region and other areas of northeastern Poland was also discussed.
The letter from President Karol Nawrocki can be read on the website of the Chancellery of the President.
