WANICA — NF was arrested on Saturday by the Santodorp police. She is suspected of having distributed pornographic images of the entrepreneur CS and his 26-year-old girlfriend SAM.
The suspect’s mobile phone was confiscated upon her arrest for further investigation by the Digital Investigation Department of the Suriname Police Force (KPS). NF has been insured after consultation with the Public Prosecution Service. The investigation is in full swing.
The KPS reports on its website that CS filed a report on Wednesday. He stated that the intimate images were exclusively intended for private use within his relationship. According to the police, the entrepreneur probably sent the video by mistake Snapchat to NF, because he thinks her name is close to his girlfriend’s in his contact list.
The video was then widely further distributed via social media and WhatsApp. “As a result, the victims had to deal with a stream of negative reactions and insulting messages,” the KPS said. CS later received information that someone had recorded the video on another phone to further distribute it, after which he requested the police to file criminal charges.
