With 74 votes from the socialists, the Assembly approved today the agreement with the USA for a loan of 302 million dollars for Albania that will go to the field of defense.
The vote was taken after initially discussing this draft law without the presence of the media.
For one thing, not a single PD deputy and their allies were present, making this agreement pass only with the votes of the socialists.
After the vote, the chairman Niko Peleshi announced the closing of the session.
