The National Bureau of Meteorology warned, in a bulletin about the weather forecast for Wednesday, of heavy thunderstorms in several states.
The bulletin, which carried a level 1 warning, reported that the rains would affect the states of: El Bayadh Naama, Menia, Timimoun, Adrar, Beni Abbes, Bashar, Bordj Badji Mokhtar, and In Guezam.
The newsletter is valid from noon until three in the morning, Thursday.
