Yesterday’s coalition of parties from the Albanian political bloc in power, and a new party – Vredi, after the government reconstruction, will manage six ministries, announced today the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of European Integration Bekim Sali. He said that Vredi “gets” the Ministries of Environment, Economy, Justice, Culture, European Integration and the Ministry of Inter-Community Relations.
New names will come to the ministerial positions in Justice and Culture, but according to Sally, it has not yet been defined who they will be.
“There is still no final name for justice and culture. But there will be two new names. I think the current ministers are performing well in the Government, we are satisfied as Vredi and they will continue. Health is not part of the package, not of ours, said Sally.
This means that ZNAM would lose the Ministry of Justice, which until now was headed by Igor Filkov, and VMRO-DPMNE the Ministry of Culture, headed by Zoran Ljutkov. Ivan Stoilkovic from the VMRO-DPMNE coalition, who is now the vice prime minister and minister of inter-community relations, would also be left without the ministerial position.
ZNAM said yesterday that all options are open until Tuesday, when the talks should be finalized and the package of government reconstruction should be known.
