Thousands of Albanian citizens have gathered together on the 11th day of the national protest, as from the “Skënderbej” square where they gathered at 18:00, they continued with the march on the boulevard and towards the prime minister’s office.
This protest also coincides with the 145th anniversary of the League of Prizren, while hundreds of citizens from the Albanian diaspora joined it.
With the chants “Rama resigns”, “Rama in prison, Berisha in prison”, they were also oriented towards civic protest and staying united.
“Please don’t fall prey to provocations,” said one of the activists, among others.
There were also banners, placards and slogans, such as the one with the inscription “Albania is not for sale”, or “You have not yet settled your accounts with the students”, “Students are here”, “We want a state, not power” and others.
This protest has brought together all Albanians who protest not only in Albania, but also outside the borders.
