Todorović: It’s a miracle that Borovinić-Bojović was not below the level when we spent more than 100,000 euros for her personal campaign

Todorović: It’s a miracle that Borovinić-Bojović was not below the level when we spent more than 100,000 euros for her personal campaign

To be able to argue with Knežević, but also with anyone from the DNP, she needs to have an argument and a basis, adds Todorović.

“Unfortunately, or fortunately, non-party Jelena Borovinić Bojović has shown her true colors in recent days, but she is ready to do anything to get the vice-presidential position in the Government. That is why we publicly call on Milojko Spajić to stop bothering her to advertise because she is burying herself in her own lies, and let him finally give her that chair, since it seems that she is unable to function normally without it,” she says.

As he adds, everything that was announced in the controversy with Jelena Borovinić Bojović is the absolute truth.

“The entire party stands behind these views. So there is no need for the former president of the Assembly to worry about the members of the DNP, because she was never our member. But then neither the DNP nor Milan Knežević were below her level when they voted for her as a minister, supported her twice as the list holder, and spent over one hundred thousand euros for her personal campaign, which we are still paying back today. On the contrary, the DNP trusted her unconditionally and did not ask her to sign any secret agreements such as NSD did that because they obviously knew it better than we did,” she says.

He adds that they now see that it would have been better if they had notarized the agreement with her.

“Because Jelena Borovinić-Bojović suffers from political oblivion. She experienced a fiasco in the polemic with the DNP, the former president of the Assembly should thank her bureaucratic greed for which she accused our party of treason out of pure peace. And when you accuse the DNP of treason, it is expected that Ljupče, Jevto, Milo, Zlatko, Vesna, Slađana and other leading DPS-SDP chronicles will pop out of the political closet. And then there is panic, pathos and rigged television shows that look more like Turkish soap operas than serious politics,” she emphasizes.

As Todorović points out, “instead of asking for forgiveness for hitting the hand that fed her, Jelena Borovinić Bojović plays the victim.”

“There’s just one problem, no one believes her anymore. Scraping “fake” halos and Instagram filters is always difficult for someone who built his image with lies and foiling, and we in the DNP can keep silent and forgive a lot of things, but they never betray. We are sincerely sorry that Mrs. Borovonić Bojović does not want to continue the controversy with us, because we had many more questions to ask her. But I guess there will be an opportunity if when she is elected for “We just hope that the appointment will not be celebrated at Grahova,” she concludes.
